Located within the historic building of Hotel William Gray, Spa William Gray is located in the heart of Old Montreal. Offering a wide range of premium services and ten treatment rooms, including two designed for couples' treatments, this 5,600-square-foot spa is the first in Canada to feature high-end Gharieni equipment. Dedicated to providing the highest level of relaxation to both Montrealers and travelers, the spa also stands out for its thermal experience, which includes a halotherapy room, Finnish sauna, steam room, experiential showers, cold room, herb-infused sauna, and a seasonal outdoor pool.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service during every visit.
- Assess clients' needs and offer personalized recommendations on the spa's products and services.
- Perform treatments in accordance with spa protocols and standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Keep knowledge up to date and become familiar with new spa products and services.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in Esthetics or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar position.




- Professionalism and discretion.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Availability to work weekends is required.
- Solid communication skills in both French and English, both spoken and written.
