Requirements:

- A-Licence required with clean driver's abstract
- Minimum 2 years experience preferred

Specific Skills:

- Trenching & Excavation: Operate mini-excavators to dig straight, clean trenches for underground telecom cables, conduits, and service drops.
- Utility Exposing (Potholing): Carefully hand-dig or machine-expose existing underground utilities to prevent strikes while maintaining required safety clearances.
- Infrastructure Placement: Assist in laying rolled or stick conduits, setting pedestals, placing vaults, and backfilling/grading disturbed areas.
- Equipment Transport (Floating): Load, secure, and transport the mini-excavator and trailer to and from job sites.
- Maintenance & Inspections: Perform daily pre- & post-trip safety inspections, check fluid levels, conduct minor field maintenance,



and report mechanical issues.
- Site Coordination: Read and interpret network prints/blueprints, follow crew leader instructions, and communicate clearly with team members.
- Restorations to properties when required
