As Route Supervisor, you will report to the District Manager and provide hands-on support across collection operations. Your work includes driver training, municipal contract support, customer relations, and environmental health and safety. Waste management experience is preferred for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise drivers and implement training, discipline, and procedures
- Conduct driver assessments and create corrective action plans
- Support staffing, interviews, and pre-employment road tests
- Track service issues and document required actions
- Investigate vehicle accidents and report safety concerns

Requirements:

- Waste management experience preferred
- Pre and post trip inspection proficiency
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize work against tight timelines
- G license required; DZ license considered an asset
