Lead complex mission critical and data centre projects for WSP, using multidisciplinary coordination and technical precision to deliver reliable facilities.

As Lead Project Manager / Design Manager, you will guide projects from initiation through closeout. You will serve as the client’s primary interface, establish governance, and direct teams across delivery stages. Your work will support resilient, high-performing facilities and long-term client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead planning, design management, execution, commissioning, turnover, and closeout
- Serve as client interface and trusted advisor
- Direct multidisciplinary teams, subconsultants, stakeholders, and workstreams
- Oversee scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and change




- Lead commercial management and work-winning proposals

Requirements:

- Degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related discipline
- 10+ years delivering complex multidisciplinary projects and programs
- Mission critical or data centre project experience
- Solid commercial, contract, and project controls capability
- Ability to obtain required federal security clearances
