Support Dropbox’s Chief Business Officer remotely from eligible Canadian provinces through strategic calendar management and executive administration. Bring judgment, communication, and precise follow-through.

As an Executive Business Partner, you will support the CBO, Chief of Staff, Office of the CBO, and senior leaders. You will coordinate priorities, meetings, travel, communications, and administrative systems. The work requires calm execution while decisions remain incomplete or priorities shift quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own a complex calendar across priorities, travel, forums, and focus time
- Prepare meetings with attendees, agendas, pre-reads, links, and follow-ups
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, logistics, and contingency plans
- Track communications, approvals, deadlines, distribution lists,



and follow-through
- Surface risks, recommend solutions, and own issues through resolution

Requirements:

- 8+ years supporting senior executives in complex organizations
- Expertise managing calendars across multiple time zones
- Experience planning complex domestic and international executive travel
- Robust direct, concise written and verbal communication skills
- High competency with Slack, Gmail, Concur, Navan, Google Docs, and Dropbox
