Deliver occupational therapy assessment and treatment in Thunder Bay, using clinical documentation and client education to support in-home care. This contract position is based in Ontario.

As a Community Occupational Therapist with Bayshore Healthcare, you will manage professional activities for clients requiring occupational therapy intervention. The work includes treatment planning, clinical records, collaboration, and communication with care providers. You will also provide guidance to those assisting occupational therapy programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess clients and establish occupational therapy treatment programs
- Evaluate and revise goals, treatments, and discharge plans
- Maintain accurate clinical records according to professional standards




- Communicate recommendations and treatment strategies to care providers
- Collaborate with other members of the health team

Requirements:

- Master’s degree or recognized equivalent in Occupational Therapy
- Registration and valuable standing with the provincial college
- Experience with in-home assessments and treatments
- Active standing in the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
- Commitment to confidentiality, safety, and company procedures
