As Data Platform Manager, you will guide Data Platform Developers within Helcim’s data centre of excellence. You will shape scalable platform infrastructure, production-grade pipelines, data products, and AI capabilities. The work supports money processing, risk management, and teams across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and grow the Data Platform team
- Set platform technical direction and roadmap priorities
- Own ELT, real-time pipelines, warehouse, and self-service data access
- Build data products, services, and agents for Helcim
- Advance MLOps and AI Gateway infrastructure

Requirements:

- Seven-plus years in data or software engineering
- Two-plus years leading an engineering team
- Experience building production-grade pipelines and platform infrastructure
- Proficiency in SQL and Python or related languages
- Experience deploying data products, machine learning models, or AI capabilities
