Drive talent acquisition at Musora in Abbotsford, using sourcing and employer branding to create welcoming candidate experiences. This is a 12-month temporary role.

As Talent Partner, you will work with P&C; and hiring managers across recruitment, onboarding, and early employee check-ins. You will manage hiring processes from intake through offers, contracts, and the first three to six months. The work also includes HRIS and ATS workflows, immigration coordination, and practical process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with managers on intake, job analysis, and descriptions
- Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, references, offers, and contracts
- Own onboarding through employees' first three to six months




- Track recruiting metrics and deliver actionable P&C; insights
- Coordinate work authorization documentation and deadlines

Requirements:

- Two or more years in talent acquisition
- Experience with employer branding, onboarding, and hiring managers
- Robust negotiation, closing, communication, and organization skills
- Hands-on HRIS and ATS experience
- English proficiency and confidential information handling
