As Process Engineering Project Technical Leader, you will guide Process Engineers developing water, wastewater, and waste treatment solutions. You will own the overall treatment approach, from sales and engineering through commissioning and operation. The position requires sound commercial judgment, regulatory understanding, and collaboration across project teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead complete water, wastewater, and waste treatment solution development
- Own process flow diagrams, flow tables, and process guarantees
- Set design bases, safety factors, and process strategies
- Coordinate Process Engineer deliverables, schedules,



and quality expectations
- Manage technical risks and troubleshoot treatment issues

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in an accredited engineering discipline
- Relevant process engineering experience in treatment systems
- Leadership capability to align and motivate teams
