Manage inventory, procurement, and customer service onsite for Grainger’s oil and gas client on a 14 days on, 14 days off schedule.

As a Sales & Service Representative, you will deliver Integrated Customer Solutions across Managed Stores, KeepStock, Managed MRO, and Integrated Supply programs. The role combines customer support, replenishment, order fulfillment, sourcing, and operational improvement. You will work across customer, branch, warehouse, and sales activities as required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage inventory, forecasting, replenishment, and asset activities
- Execute transactions, procurement, fulfillment, and issue resolution
- Build customer relationships and communicate Grainger’s Value Proposition
- Support vending, VMI, sourcing,



and supply programs
- Maintain safety, compliance, organization, and qualified standards

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or GED required
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Knowledge of dangerous goods and WHMIS regulations
- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
