This Strategic Sourcing Manager will own supplier relationships across Versatile Packaging, Folding Carton, Roll Labels, Large Format, and Commercial Print. The role focuses on cost reduction, payment terms, inventory exposure, and material quality. You will use NetSuite data, AI, and analytics tools to support sourcing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own supplier relationships, pricing, terms, quality, and inventory exposure
- Execute negotiation strategies across five product categories
- Deliver category cost reductions and report Finance-reconciled savings
- Set reorder points, stock policies, and minimum-order strategies




- Lead supplier qualification, trials, scorecards, and corrective actions

Requirements:

- Five-plus years in sourcing or procurement within manufacturing
- Experience buying packaging, printing, converting, or comparable materials
- Documented cost-out and extended-payment-terms negotiation results
- Technical ability to assess specifications, trials, and yield data
- Working-capital fluency and comfort analyzing ERP data
