As a Senior Controls and PLC Engineer, you will design and document control systems for hydrogen refueling equipment. You will program PLC and HMI systems, specify instrumentation, and apply process controls. The position requires independent analysis, technical judgment, and collaboration with customers, contractors, technicians, and electricians.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead control system design and technical documentation
- Program PLC and HMI systems for hydrogen equipment
- Participate in HAZOP studies and risk assessments
- Lead factory acceptance testing at Powertech




- Commission equipment and troubleshoot field controls issues

Requirements:

- Electrical Engineering degree from a recognized university
- Minimum eight years in industrial controls and programming
- PLC and HMI experience with Allen Bradley or Siemens
- Qualified Engineer registration transferable to Engineers and Geoscientists BC
- Knowledge of instrumentation, P&IDs;, codes, and IEC standards
