Job Summary

We are searching for an LCL City Planner for our client based out of Surrey, BC.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and coordinating daily city pickup and delivery plans for the following day, ensuring efficient allocation of drivers, equipment and dock personnel.

Availability

Monday to Friday - 11am to 7pm

Duties

- Planning city P&D; routes, appointments, driver start times and equipment requirements
- Coordinating 5-ton,



tractor and contracted carrier capacity
- Monitoring inbound trailers, obtaining updated ETAs and updating TruckMate
- Preparing daily planning reports, driver schedules and dock labour requirements

Qualifications

- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, dispatching or transportation coordination is preferred
- Knowledge of LCL and cargo consolidation is an asset
- Proficiency in MS
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
