Lead private infrastructure debt investing for BCI in downtown Victoria, applying financial modeling, research, and independent credit judgment.

As Senior Principal, you will source, evaluate, execute, and manage private debt investments and external fund relationships. You will work with Infrastructure & Renewable Resources deal teams across Victoria, London, and Mumbai. The position requires infrastructure investment experience, strong analysis, and a long-term value investing mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate private debt investment ideas through fundamental and relative value research
- Lead diligence, transaction analysis, execution, and Investment Committee materials
- Manage external advisors, internal groups, documentation, and stakeholder communication
- Monitor investment performance, risks, valuations, strategic fit,



and industry developments
- Mentor junior staff and oversee capital calls and distributions

Requirements:

- Relevant undergraduate or graduate university degree
- Seven to ten years' experience in relevant investment or advisory fields
- Infrastructure investment coverage and private credit transaction execution experience
- Solid financial modeling, research, analytical, judgment, and project management skills
- Preferred leveraged loan, middle market debt, high yield, MBA, or CFA experience
