Monitor Suncor’s private LTE, Wi-Fi, and wired networks from the Industrial Network Operations Center in Fort McMurray. Apply network troubleshooting expertise within a shift-based setting.

As a Network Analyst, you will support a multi-tiered team maintaining connectivity services. Your work includes network operations, IT infrastructure support, wireless technologies, SIM management, and ServiceNow. Experience in industrial or operational technology environments supports this work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor network health and alarms across connectivity infrastructure
- Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests
- Administer SIM card provisioning and activation
- Perform health checks and lifecycle monitoring




- Escalate complex issues to analysts or vendors

Requirements:

- Three or more years in network operations or IT infrastructure support
- Familiarity with ITIL service management practices
- Experience with pLTE, Wi-Fi, SIM management, and ServiceNow
- Industrial or operational technology environment experience
- Knowledge of Nokia, Cisco, or Rajant systems
