Use CNC machining and precision fitting as a Licensed Tool and Die Maker with Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada in Cambridge or Woodstock. Diagnose tooling issues and maintain production-ready dies and moulds.

This prospect supports future vacancies rather than an immediately existing opening. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain stamping dies and injection moulds while supporting production teams. The work includes mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical inspections, tooling improvements, and apprentice mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose tooling issues affecting production quality or performance
- Perform preventive maintenance on dies and injection moulds
- Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical tooling systems
- Machine, fit,



and assemble precision tooling components
- Provide training and mentorship to apprentices and team members

Requirements:

- Ontario or Inter-Provincial Tool and Die Maker 430A certificate
- Apprenticeship completion plus two years relevant experience
- Seven years licensed experience may also qualify
- Experience with CNC machining and precision fitting
- Flexibility for rotating shifts and both facilities
