Oxford is seeking a Building Operator for its Operations team. You will support Class A office and retail facilities through HVAC, plumbing, electrical, BAS, FAS, and Life Safety systems. The role includes tenant communication, contractor coordination, preventative maintenance, water treatment, and energy management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and adjust HVAC, Life Safety, BAS, and lighting systems
- Complete preventative maintenance, plumbing repairs, and drain clearing
- Respond to tenant portal requests and communicate mechanical issues
- Coordinate service providers and review contracted work safely




- Manage water testing, chemicals, and daily building energy priorities

Requirements:

- At least one year of technical building operations experience
- Experience operating HVAC, plumbing, electrical, BAS, and FAS systems
- 4th Class Power Engineering Certification
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and safely use ladders
- Availability for eight-hour shifts and occasional weekends
