As an Intermediate Systems Administrator, you will support Paladin Security’s enterprise technology environments across Canada and the United States. The schedule runs Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, based on operational support. Your work includes infrastructure maintenance, troubleshooting, security, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365
- Support virtualization, storage networks, and backup infrastructure
- Monitor availability and perform upgrades, patching, and maintenance
- Investigate alerts and apply security controls supporting Zero Trust principles




- Develop PowerShell scripts and automation routines for IT operations

Requirements:

- Three or more years in systems administration, infrastructure support, or IT operations
- Practical Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 experience
- PowerShell or standard automation scripting ability
- Networking fundamentals and systematic troubleshooting skills
- Information Technology or Computer Science education, certification, or equivalent experience
