Lead Oxford’s Vendor Risk Management program with expertise in third-party risk, vendor due diligence, and managed service oversight, working hybrid four days onsite weekly.

Reporting to the Director, Procurement, you will serve as Oxford’s main day-to-day VRM contact. You will guide risk assessment teams, oversee vendor onboarding and due diligence, manage provider performance, and collaborate across global business functions. Your work will strengthen processes, reporting, questionnaires, notifications, and workflows while supporting a multi-year roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate Oxford’s VRM program and manage questions, issues, and escalations
- Guide assessments across global vendor use cases
- Oversee managed service provider performance and service quality




- Report VRM program KRIs and KPIs
- Plan enhancements, training, usage monitoring, and budget forecasting

Requirements:

- Five or more years in third-party risk or related disciplines
- Five or more years supporting vendor due diligence and onboarding
- Experience overseeing vendor-provided managed services
- Understanding of privacy, technology, and operational risk domains
- Robust communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills
