We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Live-In Building Superintendent for a six-storey, 70-suite residential building at Bathurst and Eglinton. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, mechanically inclined and comfortable handling day-to-day building maintenance, cleaning and administration.

Responsibilities

- Perform general building and suite maintenance and repairs
- Respond to resident maintenance requests and building emergencies
- Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, laundry and common areas
- Coordinate contractors and provide building/suite access
- Communicate professionally with residents and Property Management

Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of residential superintendent or similar building maintenance experience
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical and general repairs
- Basic computer/email skills
- Must be willing to live in office

Pay:



$45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
