Job Description

Yogen Früz and Sweet Jesus are looking for a dedicated, experienced, and highly reliable Multi-Unit Team Member to join our team at Promenade Mall in Thornhill, Ontario.This is an excellent prospect for someone with a strong background in customer service, food service, or retail who is looking to take on additional responsibilities and play an important role in daily store operations.The successful candidate will work across both Yogen Früz and Sweet Jesus, supporting store operations, maintaining brand standards, and helping ensure an excellent customer experience.We are particularly interested in candidates who demonstrate leadership potential, solid initiative, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Availability Requirements

Fully open availability is mandatory for this position.

Candidates must be available for flexible scheduling throughout the week, including:

- Weekday mornings, afternoons, and evenings
- Opening and closing shifts
- Weekends and holidays
- Shifts across both Yogen Früz and Sweet Jesus locations

We are seeking candidates who can accommodate a wide range of shifts based on operational needs. Weekly hours may vary depending on business requirements and are not guaranteed.Please clearly indicate your availability when applying.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve frozen yogurt, smoothies, desserts, and other menu items according to brand standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive guest experience.
- Support daily operations across both Yogen Früz and Sweet Jesus locations.




- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and store readiness.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and organization.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and assist with product preparation.
- Support the training and onboarding of new team members when required.
- Take initiative in identifying and resolving day-to-day operational challenges.
- Help maintain consistency in service quality, product presentation, and brand standards.
- Work closely with store management to support operational efficiency and team performance.
- Demonstrate accountability, professionalism, and leadership during assigned shifts.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service, quick-service restaurants, hospitality, or retail is preferred.
- Previous team lead, keyholder, shift leader, or supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
- Fully open and flexible availability is required.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage competing priorities.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high operational standards.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced,



customer-facing environment.
- Ability to support multiple locations and adapt to changing business needs.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
