**Wage: minimum $20 - $21 hour + tips + vacation fee**
(Depending on your Sushi experience, we will provide you a great wages)
### About the Role:
We are a busy Japanese restaurant seeking an experienced and dedicated **Kitchen Assistant** with **prior Japanese cuisine experience**. You’ll support our sushi and hot kitchen teams in food prep, station maintenance, and ensuring quality standards.

- Able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
### Schedule:
- **3-4 hours per day** (flexible shifts, 4(5)-8pm /weekends(no Sunday) required)
