Job Overview

We are seeking a versatile Tradesman/woman to support construction, repair, renovation, and restoration projects. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, dependable, and comfortable working across multiple trades. This role involves interpreting project plans, using tools and equipment, and completing quality work on schedule. Relevant experience in one or more of the listed trades is welcome; the specific mix of work may vary by project.

Responsibilities

- Review blueprints, schematics, and project specifications to understand work requirements.
- Perform general construction, carpentry, and restoration tasks, including repairs and finish work.
- Build and install forms for concrete work; assist with concrete placement and finishing
- Perform masonry and welding work when required and qualified.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and appropriately.
- Help estimate materials, labor, and project needs for construction work.




- Maintain an organized work area, follow safety procedures, and coordinate with coworkers and other trades.
- Construction experience and the ability to work effectively on active job sites.
- Blueprint reading and familiarity with schematics.
- Safe, practical use of hand tools and power tools.
- Experience or demonstrated ability in carpentry, concrete forming, and concrete finishing.
- Familiarity with masonry, and welding; applicable qualifications may be required for specialized tasks.
- Heavy equipment operation experience, where relevant to the project.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, reliability, and commitment to safe work practices.

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
