We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to join our growing team. Working on multi-unit residential projects ranging from $5M to $100M. You will work closely with client groups, trade partners, consultants, and construction team to ensure project success. Come build with us!

Responsibilities:

- Champion a safety-first culture in communications, behaviours, and decision making.
- Supervise onsite activities to ensure everyone on site follows all regulations, legislation, and policies.
- Conduct site orientations and participate in inspection process.
- Provide guidance and hands-on training to employees and subtrades as required to maintain safe and productive jobsite.
- Participate in development of Site-Specific Safety Plan with the Project Manager.
- Review and understand project schedules and deliverables and plan work accordingly.
- Utilize ProCore to upload and/or access accurate and up to date project documentation.




- Ensure all project documentation is properly completed, documented, and submitted on a timely basis.
- Review and understand project drawings, specifications, and submittals.
- Participate in change management including RFI’s, site directions, and execution of related work.
- Review and sign-off on sub-trade and material work orders and coordinate vendors and deliveries.
- Maintain regular communication with Project Manager of site progress.
- Participate in or lead site coordination meetings as required.
- Ensure all uncontrolled hazards, near misses and/or incidents are promptly reported using the established protocols and forms.
- Complete quality control inspections on a regular basis.
- Identify deficiencies. Supervise corrective actions by stakeholders.
- Establish good working relationships with trade contractors and project team.
- Manage site access including opening and locking up of site and conduct daily walkthroughs.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years construction industry trades experience.
- 2+ years site supervisory experience.
- Safety certification and continuing education.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Strong understanding of safety legislation and best practice.
- Strong supervisory skills.
