Duties

- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision, creativity, and efficiency, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
- Assist with food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Serve customers promptly and courteously, providing excellent food service that enhances their dining experience
- Support meal preparation activities during busy hours, including chopping, assembling, and plating dishes
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment to uphold a safe and organized work environment
- Follow recipes and portion controls accurately to ensure consistency across all dishes
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate food orders and optimize kitchen workflow for maximum efficiency
- Operate the POS system and handle in-person, phone, and online orders.




- Prepare and cook menu items, including BBQ/grill items, following recipes and quality standards.
- Prepare food ingredients, including washing and cutting vegetables, and assembling orders.
- Assist customers, answer menu questions, and ensure friendly and efficient service.
- Handle dishwashing and maintain a clean, organized kitchen and dining area.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is valued
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food handling safety standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly attitude toward customers and team members
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and basic meal preparation processes
- Understanding of food safety practices and commitment to maintaining hygiene standards in the kitchen
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions precisely and work efficiently under pressure

Pay: $17.90-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 60.0 per week
