Our organization is looking for a Temperature Controlled City Dispatcher to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in handling LTL shipments and moving temperature controlled freight. This candidate will have excellent organizational skills, robust communication abilities, and a commitment to core customer service and operational stability.

Special Note*: Salary negotiable based on Candidate experience and capabilities.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor inbound linehauls and update our system with these ETAs.
- LTL consolidation by receiver, and delivery appointment booking.
- Making driver runs for deliveries and pick ups.




- Creating loading plans for dock to load.
- Responding to customer inquiries including tracking and Tracing.
- Perform Office Administrative duties including BOL, and POD scanning.
- Carefully inspect PODs and report/escalate for resolution.
- Invoice verification for billing.
- Learn and understand the operation with willingness to grow, and assist growth.
- Customer Service.

Pay: $18.21-$27.00 per hour
