Company Overview

Ignite Construction Limited (ICL) is a Richmond-based, Canadian-owned renovation and construction company serving Richmond, Vancouver and Burnaby. Our work includes bathrooms, tile and shower surrounds, carpentry, decks, exterior repairs, framing, drywall, flooring and commercial/strata improvements. Licensed electrical, plumbing and HVAC work is completed by qualified subcontractors.

Position Summary

- Coordinate with the site manager, helpers and licensed subcontractors.

- Take ownership of assigned work from site protection and layout through deficiency completion.

Required

- Accurate and safe use of common hand/power tools.
- Valid driver's licence,

reliable vehicle and core hand/cordless tools.

- Ability to work independently on assigned scopes and raise concealed conditions before cover-up.

Preferred assets

- Broad renovation background across bathrooms, decks, interiors and exterior repairs.
- Leadership potential and transparent progress reporting.
- Ability to solve existing-building conditions without hiding problems.

Paid assessment

Shortlisted applicants may be invited to a paid, supervised 4-8 hour skills assessment. The assessment wage and hours will be confirmed in writing. ICL does not use unpaid productive tryouts.
