Amped Electrical Contracting is looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and is driven to succeed.

What You’ll Do

- Lead and coordinate electrical crews of 2–10 team members through rough-in and finishing stages.
- Take ownership of daily site operations, scheduling, workflow, and project execution.
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and project specifications.
- Coordinate effectively with general contractors, other trades, and project stakeholders.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and productivity.
- Manage RFIs, change orders, and on-site problem-solving.
- Communicate clearly, support your team, and keep projects moving forward.
- Identify challenges, take initiative, and find practical solutions without waiting to be told what to do.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team setting.

What We’re Looking For





- Red Seal Electrician certification.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or in a similar electrical leadership role.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and coordinate a team.
- A self-starter with initiative, drive, and a genuine commitment to success.
- Someone who works confidently and independently while keeping the team’s goals front and centre.
- A team-oriented mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and maintain quality under pressure.
- Experience with construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, and change orders.
- Valid driver's licence and basic hand tools.
- FSR certification is an asset.
- Availability for full-time, Monday–Friday work, with occasional overtime as required.

Candidates must live in the Greater Victoria area or be willing to relocate.
