Construction Surveyor – Concrete Formwork

We are a concrete formwork subcontractor looking for an experienced Construction Surveyor to provide accurate layout points for concrete formwork and anchor bolt installations.

Responsibilities:

- Perform layout and staking for foundations, concrete walls, columns, and anchor bolts.
- Use gridlines and control points provided by the General Contractor (GC).
- Read structural drawings and establish accurate layout points.
- Verify layout dimensions, positions, and elevations.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and formwork crews.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of construction surveying experience.
- Must own qualified surveying equipment (Total Station, etc.).
- Must have a personal vehicle for transportation to job sites.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and CAD software.
- Experience with concrete formwork and anchor bolt layouts.
- Ability to work independently and accurately.

Pay: $6,800.00 per month
