Our hotel collection operates 3 hotel properties, all within walking distance: Banff Park Lodge, Bow View Lodge, and Peaks Hotel & Suites, 2 restaurants located in the Banff Park Lodge: La Terrazza and Crave Mountain Grill, and the Moon Crest Café. Staff and guests enjoy the ideal location, a short walk to our active and lively downtown Banff on one side and the serene and peaceful Bow River on the other.

THE ROLE

Thank you for your interest in joining our team as Banquet Captain.

Job responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

- Lead banquet service and coordinate the team during events.
- Guide team members in delivering attentive, professional guest service.
- Coordinate service activities to support the flow of each event.
- Respond to guest needs and help resolve service concerns.
- Support secure food service practices throughout banquet operations.

Job Requirements / Ideal Candidate:

- Supervising experience and team leadership required.
- Food service experience and a strong hospitality focus required.
- Customer service and serving skills required.
- Knowledge of food safety required.
- Familiarity with POS or Micros POS; cash handling or bartending experience is an asset preferred.

Pay: $17.50-$18.50 per hour
