Denro Property Management Ltd. is looking for a reliable, hands-on individual to help maintain the outdoor grounds and general appearance of a condominium property in Weyburn.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to supplement their existing income with a few extra hours of work each week. Whether you already have another job, operate a small landscaping or handyman business, are semi-retired, or simply enjoy practical outdoor work, this position may be a great fit.

With approximately 12 hours of work per week and flexibility in scheduling, this role can potentially fit around your existing commitments.

What you'll be doing:

The work is primarily outdoors and changes with the seasons.

Spring and Summer

- Mow lawns, trim edges, pull weeds, and keep the property looking neat and well-maintained.
- Complete general outdoor upkeep and seasonal cleanup.

Fall and Winter

- Clear snow from walkways and entrances.
- Apply ice-melt as needed to help keep walkways safe.
- Assist with seasonal property upkeep and monitor outdoor areas for potential hazards.

Year-Round Property Upkeep

- Take care of minor repairs and general handyman tasks.
- Replace lightbulbs and help keep common areas tidy.
- Check the property for maintenance concerns and coordinate with service contractors when needed.
- Keep tools and equipment clean, organized, and in good working condition.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for someone dependable who takes pride in their work and enjoys keeping a property clean, safe, and well-maintained.

You may be a valuable fit if you:





- Have experience with landscaping, lawn care, property maintenance, handyman work, or similar practical tasks.
- Are comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions.
- Can safely operate common lawn-care and snow-removal equipment, or have relevant experience and are willing to learn.
- Can work independently, recognize maintenance concerns, and communicate when something needs attention.
- Have reliable transportation to the property.

A valid driver's licence is preferred. Formal qualifications are not necessarily required if you have the practical skills and a willingness to learn.
