Lead capital infrastructure projects with the Alberni-Clayoquot Regional District, coordinating delivery, procurement, and contract administration across Vancouver Island.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Capital Projects Manager plans, coordinates, and executes ACRD capital infrastructure projects. You will oversee safe, efficient, cost-effective delivery while aligning projects with strategic priorities, regulatory requirements, applicable regulations, and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and coordinate capital infrastructure projects across the ACRD
- Execute projects safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively
- Lead project management, procurement, and contract administration
- Engage stakeholders and foster cooperative organizational relationships




- Support long-term capital planning and asset management initiatives

Requirements:

- Experience supporting capital infrastructure project delivery
- Knowledge of project management and procurement practices
- Ability to administer contracts and engage stakeholders
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and applicable standards
- Capacity to support strategic capital planning priorities
