- 5+ years of Software Engineering experience
- Experience working with Databricks in a production environment
- Experience building or supporting LLM-based solutions
- Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Experience utilizing LangChain or similar orchestration frameworks
- Strong understanding of APIs, backend application development, and system integrations
- Experience working within Agile development environments and sprint-based delivery models
- Ability to manage multiple features, initiatives, or large epics concurrently
