The Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls Specialist works within Corporate Engineering Services. This position executes CAPEX projects, supports OT systems, and coordinates vendors, stakeholders, operations, maintenance, engineering, and IT/OT teams. Its focus includes electrical, instrumentation, automation, and control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute CAPEX control and electrical systems projects
- Develop tender packages, negotiate contracts, and manage vendors
- Prepare drawings, technical reports, and project documentation
- Lead meetings tracking status, budgets, performance, and risks




- Troubleshoot OT systems and identify process improvements

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in electrical, instrumentation, or automation controls
- Three-plus years’ industrial automation experience or equivalent combination
- Hands-on PLC programming with Rockwell PlantPAx, Siemens, or equivalent
- SCADA development and industrial networking experience
- Eligible qualified registration and frequent domestic, international travel availability
