Support enterprise BI platforms with Tableau Server, Amazon QuickSight, and AWS troubleshooting from downtown Toronto, four days onsite weekly.

This senior BI Platform Operations Engineer provides production support, administration, maintenance, and technical troubleshooting. The work spans BI, APIs, data, serverless services, and cloud infrastructure. You will support Tableau, Amazon QuickSight or Quick Suite, and a BI-as-a-Service platform built on QuickSight.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor availability, performance, capacity, workloads, and service health
- Resolve incidents, failed jobs, access issues, and API failures
- Administer Tableau Server sites, users, permissions, and content
- Troubleshoot QuickSight assets, refreshes, connectivity, and embedding
- Analyze CloudWatch logs,



metrics, dashboards, and alarms

Requirements:

- Solid Tableau Server administration and production support experience
- Strong Amazon QuickSight administration, authoring, and support experience
- Working knowledge of Athena, Glue Data Catalog, and Lake Formation
- Experience with Lambda, API Gateway, REST APIs, and CloudWatch
- Experience with incident management, root-cause analysis, and automation

Bring senior production operations expertise across Tableau, QuickSight, AWS services, APIs, permissions, and enterprise BI troubleshooting.
