The CSP Tools Tower Lead administers Microsoft Defender Suite, including MDE, MDI, and MDCA. This role manages endpoint and email security platforms while investigating alerts, incidents, and root causes. Responsibilities include threat hunting, SIEM integration, security monitoring, and vulnerability management support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer and support Microsoft Defender Suite security tools
- Manage CrowdStrike Falcon policies, detection, and endpoint protection
- Monitor Proofpoint against phishing, malware, and email compromise
- Investigate incidents and provide remediation recommendations




- Conduct threat hunting across endpoints, identities, cloud, and email

Requirements:

- Experience with CrowdStrike Falcon and Proofpoint Email Security
- Knowledge of incident investigation and response
- Understanding of threat hunting and threat intelligence
- SIEM/SOAR integration knowledge, preferably Microsoft Sentinel
- Windows Server and Active Directory security knowledge
