Lead integrated Finance Services for Queen’s Health Sciences through operational finance delivery, analysis, and advanced advice. Support QHS clients within established portfolio frameworks.

Reporting to the Director, Queen’s Health Sciences Finance, this Manager oversees detailed preparation, analysis, and team execution. The position plans, allocates, and balances team work while integrating validated operational information with forecasts. It also maintains relationships across QHS and resolves matters within delegated authority.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day delivery of integrated Finance Services
- Prepare and analyze detailed operational finance information
- Plan, allocate, and balance work across the team

Requirements:

- Experience managing operational Finance delivery and team execution
- Ability to maintain relationships with QHS budget holders
- Ability to resolve routine to moderately complex matters
- Understanding of delegated authority and portfolio frameworks
- Ability to communicate significant issues to senior Finance leadership
