This Senior Recovery Adjuster role focuses on Property Claims recoveries at Aviva Canada. You will investigate recovery potential, negotiate outcomes, control external expenses, and maintain accurate claims records. The position also involves directing counsel and participating in legal disposition programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pursue recovery opportunities through subrogation
- Recognize, investigate, quantify, and negotiate recovery potential
- Control external expenses while delivering customer service
- Maintain recovery databases, financial records, and adequate reserves




- Attend mediations, pre-trials, and court when required

Requirements:

- Minimum one year of Property Claims handling experience
- Two to five years of Subrogation Recovery experience
- Solid negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work within cross-functional teams
- Guidewire, Xact Analyst, or litigation experience preferred
