The Distribution Center Operations Manager drives objectives involving gross margins, FTE, expense control, and customer service levels. This manager coordinates operational strategies, develops budgets, monitors performance, and reports results. The position also trains Warehouse Managers and supports operational consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deploy strategies and tools improving Distribution Center effectiveness
- Ensure policies and procedures are implemented and followed
- Train and coach Warehouse Managers on operations
- Review priorities and approve improvement action plans
- Conduct Distribution Center management meetings

Requirements:

- Five years managing Distribution Center operations
- Success managing gross profits and large-scale budgets
- Understanding of financial statements and budgeting
- Excellent MS Office and WMS skills
- Bilingual French and English communication
