This non-practicing lawyer role supports legal professionals embedded within practice teams. You will provide training, coaching, and real-time matter support while coordinating with Knowledge and Practice Innovation. The position connects legal practice, innovation, and learning across AI workflows and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead local change management for legal AI adoption
- Attend practice meetings and address adoption barriers
- Provide hands-on training, coaching, and live matter support
- Reinforce safe use standards and professional judgment




- Support AI workflow design and implementation planning

Requirements:

- At least three years corporate or litigation practice experience
- LLB, BCL, or J.D. and applicable Law Society membership
- Interest in legal technology, innovation, and AI applications
- Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Curiosity, adaptability, and sound qualified judgment
