Event Staff – Registration, Wristbands & Guest Services

About the Position

The Nashville Takeover is looking for friendly, reliable, and professional event staff to join our team in Niagara Falls! We are hiring individuals to assist with guest registration, wristband distribution, check-in, and general guest services throughout our country music weekend.

Available Shifts

We are looking for staff to cover the following shifts:

Friday, November 6

- 3:00 PM–6:00 PM – Guest registration
- 9:00 PM–1:00 AM – Late-night event support

Saturday, November 7

- 10:00 AM–2:00 PM – Guest registration and wristbands
- 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM Afternoon – Guest services and event support
- 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM Evening - Guest services and event support
- 9:30 PM–1:00 AM – Late-night event support

Sunday, November 8

- 12:30 PM–4:00 PM – Guest services
- 5:30 PM–11:00 PM – Guest services

Candidates may be considered for one shift or multiple shifts based on availability and staffing requirements. Final assignments will be confirmed before the event.

Responsibilities

- Greeting guests and providing a welcoming experience
- Checking tickets and registration information
- Distributing wristbands and VIP credentials
- Assisting guests with check-in and registration questions
- Providing directions and general event information




- Helping guests navigate venues and understand event procedures
- Supporting evening events and after-parties as assigned
- Maintaining an organized registration area
- Communicating with the event management team
- Providing general guest support throughout the event

- Comfortable interacting with the public

- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using a smartphone for event-related tasks
- Available to work evenings and/or late-night shifts where applicable

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, registration, or event staffing is an asset but not required.

Dress Code & Arrival

Staff are expected to wear a clean, neat, and presentable outfit appropriate for a professional music event.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled shift to check in with the event supervisor and receive your instructions.
