Job Overview

- We are seeking a knowledgeable, customer-focused Travel Consultant to help clients plan and book memorable trips. You’ll learn about each traveler’s needs, recommend suitable options, and coordinate the details of their travel arrangements.
- Individual should have an experience on Galileo or Amadeus GDS (Mandatory).
- The role is well suited to someone who enjoys customer service, travel planning, and building lasting client relationships.
- This is a paid position. Specific employment details will be discussed during the hiring process.

Duties

- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, schedules, budgets, and accessibility needs.
- Research and recommend destinations, transportation, accommodations, tours, and other travel services.
- Prepare itineraries and coordinate reservations, confirmations, and changes.
- Explain travel requirements, booking terms, and relevant destination information clearly and accurately.
- Respond to client questions and help resolve booking issues or disruptions with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate client records and reservation details while protecting confidential information.




- Follow up with clients before and after trips to support a positive travel experience.
- Stay informed about destinations, travel products, and industry developments.

Experience

- Strong customer service and communication skills, with a professional and helpful approach.
- Individual should have an experience on Galileo or Amadeus GDS (Mandatory).
- Sales experience or the ability to understand client needs and recommend appropriate services is an asset.
- Hotel experience or a background in hospitality is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines.
- Comfort using computers and learning reservation or travel-planning systems.
- A genuine interest in travel and a willingness to keep learning about destinations and travel services.

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
