Quality systems leadership meets regulated manufacturing at KDC/ONE in Knowlton, with responsibility for change control, risk management, and supplier quality.

Reporting to the Operations Quality Manager, the Quality Systems Supervisor maintains and improves systems supporting QA and QC activities. This permanent position coordinates departmental work, supports the team daily, and aligns priorities. The role covers PCR management, document control, supplier qualification, and new product integration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise PCR recording, assessment, execution, and closure
- Lead FMEA, hazard analyses, and mitigation plans
- Ensure supplier qualification with QA, QC, and Procurement
- Oversee document lifecycle, compliance, and traceability




- Prepare thoroughly for audits and regulatory inspections

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field
- Five to seven years in a similar role
- Three years in Quality Systems within regulated environments
- Proficiency with eQMS document management, CAPA, and change control
- Bilingual French and English communication skills
