As Manager, Insurance Products, you will own and evolve Canada Life’s Portable Benefits, Individual Health & Dental, and optional products. You will shape product strategies, roadmaps, positioning, and enhancements while partnering with sales, marketing, distribution, pricing, and product teams. Your work supports clearer advice and stronger client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own Portable Benefits and Individual Health & Dental products
- Develop product strategies and maintain product roadmaps
- Define positioning and supporting value propositions




- Lead enhancements from concept through implementation
- Monitor market, regulatory, competitor, and performance developments

Requirements:

- Seven or more years in product management or related roles
- Understanding of Canadian health, benefits, or insurance products
- Experience developing strategies and managing product roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills using customer and business insights
- Ability to influence cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
