This Reliability Engineer works within Tolko’s Meadow Lake OSB Division. The experienced, analytical qualified leads maintenance-related projects and a small team. Responsibilities include reliability improvements, KPI tracking, troubleshooting, and collaboration in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead predictive and preventative maintenance projects
- Manage reliability project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Develop, implement, and track reliability KPIs
- Troubleshoot equipment using blueprints and designs
- Ensure provincial and safety regulations are followed

Requirements:

- Post-secondary engineering education or related field
- Engineering Technologist education will be considered
- Proficiency with RCA, RCFA, and FMEA
- Project management experience in manufacturing
- Experience with preventive maintenance, data analysis, and condition monitoring
