Monks seeks a Producer for its Experience Center of Excellence. You will operate across immersive web, AI, experiential, and live event productions. The work requires integrated production experience, strong communication, leadership, and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and produce integrated brand productions from kickoff through delivery
- Develop production-ready plans, scopes, timelines, and profitable budgets
- Manage multiple projects, clients, teams, and vendors
- Oversee productions ranging from $100K to $2M+
- Communicate risks, solutions, scope, and project needs

Requirements:

- Five to seven years of production experience
- Experience producing immersive web and digital productions
- Experience with experiential and live event productions
- Solid client-facing skills and relationship management
- Ability to solve problems with limited information
