This permanent Project Technical Coordinator supports SYSTRA Canada’s Transit division and reports to the Technical Manager. The work connects internal teams, subcontractors, clients, and project management while coordinating multi-site production. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate multi-site technical production across engineering centres
- Monitor scope, schedule, costs, and production commitments
- Organize information flow to production teams
- Lead technical progress meetings and prepare minutes




- Report progress and address client comments

Requirements:

- Degree in computer, electrical, systems engineering, or related field
- Five to ten years in technical project coordination
- PEO membership or eligibility for membership
- Knowledge of distributed computing, virtualization, IP networks, and SCADA/BMS
- Configuration management and Microsoft Office proficiency
