The Quarry Manager ensures sufficient limestone quantity and quality for plant demands. This leadership role coordinates drilling and blasting, mine planning, cost control, environmental approvals, and staff development. The manager works with plant and maintenance organizations to improve reliability and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide secure working conditions and lead a Team Based Safety Team
- Coordinate drilling, blasting, and uninterrupted limestone supply
- Develop mine plans, operating budgets, and capital budgets
- Manage environmental compliance, permitting, and neighbor communications
- Hire, train, develop, and manage staff and operators

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Science in Engineering required
- Five or more years of progressive related experience
- Quarry management experience in cement manufacturing or related industry
- Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and Google Suite skills
- Ability to travel ten percent
