About us: ECO Windows has supplied windows for over 20 years, working on commercial and residential projects across the United States. We supply and install commercial-grade vinyl and aluminum windows and premium European windows. We are opening a current office in Calgary and are building the team from day one.

Job type: Full-time, permanent. Pay: $52,000 to $62,000 per year, depending on experience. Location: Calgary, AB (hybrid or remote available).

What you will do

- Full-cycle bookkeeping: accounts payable and receivable, bank and credit card reconciliations, month-end close

- Process supplier invoices and customer billing for construction projects, including progress billing and holdbacks

- Prepare GST returns and support payroll remittances (CPP, EI, income tax) and WCB reporting

- Track missing receipts and expense reports and keep records audit ready

- Work with our external accountant on year-end and with the operations team on job costing

What you bring

- 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience in Canada,



ideally in construction or manufacturing

- Strong working knowledge of accounting software and Excel

- Understanding of GST, payroll deductions and CRA remittances

- Diploma or certificate in accounting or bookkeeping, or equivalent experience; progress toward CPA is an asset

- Accurate, organized, and comfortable working independently and with a team
