Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and experienced Security Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Security, with a keen eye for detail and excellent leadership skills. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing security personnel, implementing security protocols, and ensuring the protection of personnel, property, and information.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel to ensure effective coverage of the premises.
- Monitor surveillance systems such as CCTV to detect suspicious activity and respond appropriately.
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility to identify potential security breaches or safety hazards.
- Implement prevention strategies to minimize theft, vandalism, and other security risks.
- Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement when necessary.
- Maintain detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and security breaches for record-keeping and analysis.
- Train recent security staff on company policies, surveillance procedures, and emergency response protocols.
Requirements
- Proven experience in security management roles.
- Strong knowledge of surveillance systems, CCTV operation, and monitoring techniques.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond decisively during emergencies.
- Good communication skills for reporting incidents and coordinating with law enforcement agencies.
